Rimani Relay runs apartment marketing on behalf of property management companies. When you submit an inquiry form:

• We collect the name, phone number, area, bedroom preference, and move-in date you provide.
• We share that information with the specific property you inquired about and its leasing system so a manager can contact you.
• If you check the consent box, the property and Rimani Relay may call and text you about availability and tours, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of renting. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; message and data rates may apply.
• We use only location, price, unit size, and move-in timing to match you with a home. We never use race, familial status, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
• We do not sell your information. We keep it only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry.
